It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to the inflatable.

Please ensure that the following safety Instructions are followed: -

1.       Nobody over the age of 14 or taller than the walls of the castle are permitted on the inflatable at any time.

2.       A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

3.       Please make sure the Inflatable is fully secured at all times.

4.       No smoking on or near the Inflatables.

5.       Climbing, hanging or sitting on the wall is dangerous and must not be allowed

6.       Do not play around the electric/ blower point at the rear of the inflatable.

7.       Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front step.

8.       Do not allow users to be on the Inflatable during Inflation/deflation.

9.       Ensure the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times and the picnic table remains over the blower.

10.    In the event of heavy rain the inflatable must not be used, any wetness or bubbling can be removed from the inflatable with a towel to allow the Inflatable to be used again after a shower.

11.    Do not use the inflatable in high winds, switch the blower off immediately.

12.    Ensure the Inflatable is not over crowded and limit numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.

13.    Do not allow children to become too boisterous, be aware somersaults can be extremely dangerous with the possibility of serious back or neck injuries.

14.    No eating or drinking, shoes, glasses, jewelry (e.g. large earrings, necklaces etc.), buckles, key-rings, metal-studded clothing, pets or any sharp objects which could cause injury or damage allowed on the inflatable at any time.

15.    No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or silly string must be used near or on the inflatables as they can cause a real mess and permanently stain the inflatable.

I understand and agree that;

A,             No Hassle Castles will not be held liable in any way for any injury or damage caused whilst using the inflatable equipment; however it maybe caused, which may result in injury or any other loss or damage to me or anyone using the equipment whilst in my charge.

B,            I personally accept all responsibility in connection with the inflatable equipment, for any harm, injury, loss or damage including all associated risk which may occur while I am hosting or supervising the event. I also accept that I must return the equipment to No Hassle Castles in the same condition that I received it and accept responsibility for any damage occurring from or as a result of misuse or recklessness to the equipment and must reimburse No Hassle Castles for any loss incurred.

C,            I further state that I am legally competent to sign this agreement, and that I understand the terms are contractual.

D,            I acknowledge that I have read and understood both the Important Information and terms and conditions of hire and endeavor to ensure that all children using the equipment are physically fit and able to participate in the event.
